What items does the 5% Price Promise apply to?
Our Price Promise applies to all identical products that are:
- available at Adore Home Living, including products on promotion
- in stock at our competitors in Western Australia and available for collection or delivery within West Australia on the same day
- for new purchases only and any price difference must be mentioned before invoice is generated.
- not included from Our Price Promise (see below)
What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?
- Stock liquidations (ie competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into administration).
- We reserve the right to limits sales to reasonable retail quantities.
- In assessing a competitor’s price, we disregard any cashback, coupon, or gift card promotions they may be offering.
What about online stores?
You can only obtain the Price beat guarantee by visiting our local Adore Home Living store.

- What proof do I present when requesting a price match?
Simply email proof of the competitor's current advertisement or website address, showing the offer's end date and any terms and conditions. Our team member may check the website to verify the lower price and availability of the product. Once your price match request is verified, we will create an offer for you to purchase the product from us at the lower price.
